Chef Danhi he began to
digitally capture the cultural aspects of Asia in the early
90's. Armed with a high resolution digital camera, an aggressive
appetite and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of all things
Asian he began to call upon food producers of soy sauce, chile
sauce, shrimp chips, Chinese cakes, and fish sauce to let
him peek into their world and have them share their expertise.
Chef Danhi's recipes, food writing and photography have been
published in several books, magazines, newspapers, web sites,
DVD's and in many other trade publications.
